HOUSE BILL NO. 344 "An Act relating to distribution of the Alaska                                                               
Administrative Code and Alaska Administrative Register; and                                                                     
providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                                  
objection, it was so ordered.
